The Benevolent Society is recruiting a Child & Family Practitioner to deliver intensive, home-based support for families across the Upper Hunter region, including Muswellbrook and Singleton. You will work with families to build on strengths, reduce risk and promote safe, thriving child–family outcomes.
In a hybrid role, you will conduct regular visits, complete assessments, develop family-led plans and coordinate practical supports while collaborating with other services.
