Qualifications
- No experience is required, but you need to be willing to learn, to work hard, and to be a team player.
- You will hold the values we have here at Martha Trust – to support, respect, encourage and show compassion to all those around you.
- All applicants must be 18 years or over and have the right to work in the UK; we are unable to offer sponsorship.
- A reasonable standard of English and the ability to communicate effectively is required.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary currently from £22,450.58 per annum which is an equivalent rate of £12.30 per hour; rising to £13.00 per hour from Monday 30th March 2026.
- Weekends attract a 50p per hour incentive.
- We also pay increased rates for Overtime and Bank Holiday shifts.
