Basic salary £27,500 to £28,875, plus commission. Commission scheme includes a monthly capped bonus plus an annual uncapped scheme. This is a hybrid role, full-time and permanent.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Internal B2B Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role involves developing customer accounts, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional service within a specialist calibration gas business.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing and growing customer relationships across your allocated region
  • Working closely with prospective and existing customers to understand their needs
  • Providing expert product support and generating quotations
  • Converting opportunities into sales
  • Becoming a trusted point of contact for customers
  • Collaborating with internal teams including customer service, finance, and the wider sales function
  • Proactively identifying and engaging new calibration gas customers
  • Generating and following up quotations to maximise sales opportunities
  • Chasing and closing opportunities via telephone and virtual meetings
  • Encouraging customers to transition from ad-hoc purchasing to bulk supply solutions
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date sales pipelines within the CRM system
  • Working towards achieving sales KPIs and revenue targets

Requirements:

  • Previous inside B2B sales experience – minimum of 2 years
  • Experience selling technical or industrial products in B2B
  • Excellent telephone communication and rapport-building skills
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Commercial awareness with a proactive and positive attitude
