The Partner Growth Manager (French) is a remote, work from home position , as are all positions at Acceleration Partners (a structure central to our culture and our vision to change the work/life paradigm). Candidates need to reside in the UK or Germany. Some travel is required for client meetings, internal meetings, conferences, etc. Candidates must hold a valid passport, be able to travel internationally, and speak fluent French. THE ROLE: Acceleration Partners is accepting applications for an exciting new role in our Strategic Territory Growth department. We seek an experienced Partner Growth Manager with business development and account management experience to support the growth of this department, focusing on the French affiliate space. This person will join client calls to pitch high-value opportunities, provide strategic insights, monitor progress towards goals, and proactively manage the top 10 partners for their respective clients. A proactive, action-oriented approach and effective questioning skills are essential. TOP 5 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Client Revenue: Publisher Performance: Contribute to revenue goals for the Growth & Partnerships department by developing high-potential relationships and optimizing publishers, including paid placements, commission increases, and product reviews. Performance and Placement Trackers: Regularly update relationship and placement trackers with relevant partnership details. Subject Matter Expert in Client Verticals and Partner Relationships: Be a trusted resource, demonstrating expertise in client verticals, leading conversations, and sharing knowledge across the organization. Business Development and Publisher Relationships: Proactive Research: Identify new high-quality partnerships and opportunities based on client needs and industry trends. Communication: Manage clear, engaging communication with publishers, including cold emailing and day-to-day interactions with top publishers, mostly independently. Initiative: Demonstrate a track record of identifying and executing opportunities to optimize and grow programs. Top 10 Partner Management: Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-lasting, productive relationships with top publishers, viewing yourself as an extension of the clientβs business. Budget Management: Identify opportunities that drive client growth while maintaining healthy ROI. Time Management: Exhibit exceptional calendar and time management skills. Strategy and Execution: Alignment to Client Strategy and Goals: Participate in kickoff and ongoing client calls, understanding and asking questions about client KPIs. Strategy Creation and Ownership: Develop recruitment and paid placement strategies, execute campaigns, negotiate terms, and manage strategies mostly independently. Strategy Pivots: Adapt strategies as needed to meet client goals, communicate effectively about changes, and set realistic expectations. Pitching Opportunities: Persuasiveness: Pitch innovative opportunities, justify benefits with data, and challenge the status quo. Knowledge: Maintain high knowledge of publisher verticals and client industries, addressing questions and identifying opportunities. Tenacity: Overcome objections, explore reasons behind rejections, and suggest alternatives based on thorough understanding.
