- Experience as Second Pizza Chef or Head Pizza Chef.
- Proven experience as a Romana Style Pizza Chef .
- Skill and pride in dough-making.
- Team spirit, positive energy and passion for quality.
- Cool under pressure and presentable in front of the customers.
- Big Smile and sense of humour.
- High Personal Cleanness.
- Experience in kitchen organisation and procedures.
- Food Safety level 3.
- Flexible availability during the week.
