Mars is seeking a senior leader to drive Value Leadership and Cash Delivery for Pet Nutrition. You will build a multi-year pipeline of value opportunities, align priorities with cross-functional stakeholders, and lead programmes from design to execution to deliver P&L and cash benefits.
You will partner with Commercial, Supply Chain, R&D, Finance, and other leaders to govern savings and value delivery, while embedding repeatable practices to accelerate results within the 5+5 framework.
