Marston’s is seeking a Sous Chef to join our team in Exeter. You’ll be right in the action, second in command to Head Chef, stepping up when they’re away and ensuring hot, quality food is presented at the pass.
You’ll mentor the kitchen team, run the line during service, and support the Head Chef with all kitchen tasks. A branded experience in a similar role is preferred.
