Marston’s is seeking a Sous Chef to join our pub kitchen team. You’ll be second in command to the Head Chef, leading by example to ensure hot, quality food is presented to the pass every service.
You’ll help manage all kitchen aspects and run the line during busy shifts, while developing and inspiring the kitchen team in a lively, people‑focused environment. With our internal career pathway (DNA), you could even head up your own kitchen one day.
