Marston’s is seeking a Head Chef to lead our kitchen team across our pubs. You’ll raise the bar, set standards across the kitchen, and play a key part in the pub management team to deliver memorable guest experiences.
We’re looking for someone with prior Head Chef or Kitchen Manager experience (or readiness to step up from Sous). You’ll develop and retain a motivated team, maintain food hygiene standards, and drive quality, speed, and consistency.
