Marston’s is seeking a Sous Chef to join our pub kitchen in Blackburn. You’ll be second in command to the Head Chef, stepping in when they’re off shift, and ensuring hot, quality food is presented to the pass every time.
You’ll help manage all aspects of the kitchen, run the line during service, inspire the team, and uphold the highest standards of food and service while supporting our people-led culture and apprentice programmes.
