Marston’s, a landmark pub operator, is looking for a Head Chef to lead our kitchen team across one of our pubs. You’ll be responsible for raising the bar, maintaining food hygiene standards and delivering high-quality meals with speed of service.
You’ll have experience in a similar Kitchen Manager/Head Chef role or be ready to step up from Sous/Second Chef, with a focus on team development, clear communication, and creating a buzz in the kitchen.
