We are looking for a General Manager for a community locals pub in Tamworth. Salary up to £36k plus bonus and a generous benefits package. Marston’s is one of the UK’s largest and most beloved pub chains, operating more than 1,300 pubs, bars and hotels. We’re on the lookout for a great General Manager to take charge at the Longwood in Tamworth and lead the team to success!

About the pub
The Longwood is a popular community pub, situated on a main road and surrounded by residential areas in Tamworth. Inside, the pub boasts a large central bar and area, games area, and dining area in conservatory style. Outside is a large car park, beer garden and small children's play area. The Longwood is currently taking an estimated weekly average of £11,000 in weekly sales, with an average mix of Food 55% and Wet 45%.
We are looking for an experienced General Manager with a passion and pride for delivering food to a high and safe standard. A true community led operator, with the creative flair to design and drive reasons to visit. Live-in accommodation is available at the Longwood in the form of a 3 bedroom flat above the pub.
