Marston's are seeking an operator or management couple to take over a large, food-led pub by a popular golf course in Sheffield. You will build on an established carvery and drive growth in food, drink and events while engaging with locals, golfers and destination diners.
The opportunity includes a 26% turnover share (weekly) of sales excluding VAT and a guaranteed annual retained sum of £35,000, released weekly. Separate owner’s accommodation is included, with most bills covered.
