Marston's are currently recruiting for a General Manager-Designate. This is a fantastic opportunity for a flexible General Manager to gain insight into the Community division of the business. This role will require flexible working and will travel around our pubs based in and around the Norfolk and Suffolk areas. We are looking for an experienced and engaging operator with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and a track record of driving sales and reputation.
