Marston’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team in Leeds. You’ll be part of the pub management team, stepping up when the General Manager isn’t around, and leading from the front to create memorable experiences that bring guests back.
You’ll support the GM in achieving financial and business KPIs, inspire the team on every shift, and be accountable for the pub’s operation when deputising for the GM. Flexible, part-time hours may be available to fit family or study commitments.
