Night Porter - Chepstow We’re on the lookout for a Night Porter to join our team!
Make a difference to the moments that matter to us and our guests.
As the face of our Marston’s Inns after hours, you’ll be solely responsible for running the business overnight.
Self-reliant, you’ll need to enjoy your own company and be resourceful enough to tackle any challenges that arise.
But that’s not all, you’ll be on call to support our guests – ensuring their hotel stay is a memorable one.
As Night Porter and part of our wider hotel and pub team you’ll: Work throughout the night.
Usually between 11pm and 7am Be on call to take care of our guests needs, over the phone and face to face Be professional and friendly when interacting with guests Be responsible for the safety and security of the pub and hotel guests Complete tasks that set the pub and hotel team up for success the following day What comes next is up to you: Whether you’d like to progress your skills and become an expert in the role you join us in, develop and seek that next level up, or explore wider opportunities across our pub, hotels and pub support centre we have a range of career pathways to suit all.
