We are looking for a General Manager for a community local pub in Caerphilly. Salary up to £38k plus bonus and a generous benefits package.
Marston’s is one of the UK’s largest and most beloved pub chains, operating more than 1,300 pubs, bars and hotels. We’re on the lookout for a great General Manager to take charge at the Cwrt Rawlin in Caerphilly and lead the team to success!

About the pub
The Cwrt Rawlin is a community local pub with something for everyone. With a double sided bar with drinking area to front and large dining area to rear, the Cwrt Rawlin is popular with nearby residents of Cyn Farm and is averaging around 650 covers weekly. The pub is already known for its established and popular quiz nights. Currently taking around £16k a week with a 35 dry / 65 wet sales mix. With maximisation of Sky sports, the Cwrt Rawlin has potential to grow and give further sales opportunity with sports focus and building connections with local community teams.
We are looking for a passionate and engaged General Manager to come on board and drive the pub forward, continuing to build on local relationships within the community and providing excellent service for our guests.
Accommodation located on first floor includes a large kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms and bathroom.
