Marston’s pubs are looking for Bar and Waiting teammates to join our team. You’ll be the face of our pubs, creating a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere and delivering great service while learning via our DNA pathway and app-based training.
No prior hospitality experience is required – training will be provided. You’ll take orders, serve and upsell, and help support the wider team. Flexible/part-time hours are available to fit family or studies, with a lively, people-first culture.
