Marston’s is one of the UK’s largest and most beloved pub chains, operating more than 1,400 pubs, bars and hotels. We’re on the lookout for a reliable and responsible Night Porter to manage the overnight shift.
As a Night Porter, you’ll take sole responsibility for the property at night, so you’ll need to be self-reliant, enjoy your own company, and be resourceful enough to tackle any issues. You’ll be on call to take care of our guests' late-night needs, prepare the pub for breakfast service, and create check-in cards for the following day. Your hours will be 11pm-7am, so night owls only, please!
As a Night Porter you’ll:
- Ensure the safety and security of the pub and guests
- Deal with enquiries in person and over the phone
- Settle guests in
- Handover to the morning team
