Who we're looking for: We're looking for a food-focused community operator, couple or team with strong hospitality experience, commercial confidence and a genuine passion for great food and guest experience. You'll be comfortable running a busy food-led operation while building strong relationships with local residents, groups and businesses.
What's in it for you? 26% share of weekly sales excluding VAT, plus a guaranteed annual retained sum of £35,000, released weekly. There are also incentive bonuses based on business performance and standard audits. Low ingoing costs start with a £5,000 deposit and £360 legal cost. Accommodation is included, with most bills covered except council tax and TV Licence.
