Who we're looking for: We're looking for an entrepreneurial operator with strong commercial awareness, a passion for creating atmosphere and the ability to engage with both local regulars and visiting customers. You'll be confident growing wet sales, driving events and building the Wheatsheaf's reputation as a destination pub in the heart of Stourport-on-Severn.
What's in it for you? 20% share of weekly wet sales excluding VAT, while keeping 100% of food sales. Low ingoing costs start with a £5,000 deposit and £360 legal cost. Accommodation is included, with most bills covered except council tax and TV Licence.
