With huge screens, top-tier entertainment, great food and drink, and an unbeatable atmosphere, our Grandstand pubs are built for people who live and breathe live sport. From matchdays to live music and major sporting events, Grandstand pubs are where fans and local communities come together, and where your next partnership could begin. The Mustard Pot is a well-established Grade II listed pub in the heart of Chapel Allerton, one of Leeds' most affluent and vibrant suburbs, just a few miles from the city centre. Renowned for its strong reputation and loyal customer base, the pub attracts a broad mix of guests from the local community and surrounding areas. Full of character, the pub features three fireplaces, spacious trading areas with dining throughout, and a standout beer garden that's widely regarded as one of the best in the area. The bar sits to the rear of the pub, while an upstairs function room with its own bar provides excellent potential for private events and additional revenue streams. Our significant investment will transform both the offer and internal layout, creating a more open, sport-focused environment designed to maximise atmosphere, visibility of live sport, and guest flow on key matchdays and major events. The food offer will also evolve into a more accessible Grandstand menu, centred around quality sharing plates and crowd-pleasing favourites that complement live sport and social occasions. The result will be a more wet-led, high-energy destination at the heart of the community. Currently trading at approximately £15,000 per week with a 70/30 wet-led split, The Mustard Pot already has a strong foundation. With the introduction of the Grandstand proposition, enhanced sports viewing, a refreshed food and drink offer, and a redesigned layout, there is a fantastic opportunity to drive sales and establish the pub as Chapel Allerton's go-to destination for live sport. We're looking for an experienced, sports-driven Pub Partner who thrives in fast-paced, wet-led environments and knows how to create unforgettable guest experiences. Previous food experience is essential, while experience operating branded food offers would be a distinct advantage. You'll be commercially minded, confident leading large teams, and passionate about using great hospitality, atmosphere and live sport to grow your business.
