The Lincolnshire Otter is a large, family-friendly pub in Gainsborough with a strong food-led offering. The spacious trading areas provide a comfortable environment for families, casual diners and local groups, with live sport adding an extra dimension to the guest experience.

Located just off the A631, the Lincolnshire Otter boasts a great location and offers a large bar and trading area with 150 covers. The pub also boasts a pizza kitchen, perfect for takeaway pizzas at lunchtime for customers!
Outside there is a generous car park for those travelling in or out of town. This pub is currently trading at an average of £15,200 in weekly sales with a sales mix of 60/40 in favour of dry sales. We are looking for an operator who can continue to build on the success of the pub, increasing awareness of the fantastic food offer and introducing more community based events, e.g. pool teams etc. Our Community Food Partnership is perfect for people with pub or restaurant experience, passionate about pubs and obsessed with serving great food and an unforgettable experience every time! With low ingoing costs, and all the training and support you need to set you up for success, this is a great way of running your own business. This is an opportunity to earn an unlimited potential of sales backed up with a guaranteed annual retained sum to provide you with some peace of mind.
