The Hilton Brook is a fantastic, large community pub currently achieving weekly sales of around £16,000. The pub is split 70/30 wet led and is popular with locals for it's food, sports viewing, and beer garden. The Hilton Brook benefits from its prominent location, situated next to a supermarket and on a busy road, meaning plenty of passing trade to tap into. It has a spacious carpark and offers live sports, making it a popular pub for locals. There is also a pizza station and generous sized kitchen. The size and potential of this site means we are looking for an Operator with pub management and kitchen experience, a couple or business partnership would work well at this site to ensure that all areas of the business are being maximised. Food experience is essential as the pub delivers the Marston's corporate menu.
