Who we’re looking for: We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on operator who is food-focused and guest-obsessed. You will be fully kitchen trained, confident leading and motivating a back-of-house team, and uncompromising on food quality, operational standards and compliance. Strong commercial awareness and the ability to deliver a consistently excellent guest experience are essential. What’s in it for you?
