Who we're looking for: We're looking for an operator, couple or management team with strong hospitality experience across both front and back of house operations. You'll be passionate about delivering excellent premium branded food, confident in building relationships within the local community and commercially minded when it comes to marketing and driving sales. This opportunity would particularly suit an experienced General Manager looking to take their first step into self-employment while benefiting from the support of an established business model.
What's in it for you? Receive 25% of weekly sales excluding VAT, plus a guaranteed annual retained sum of £25,000 released weekly. Low ingoing costs start with just a £5,000 deposit and £360 legal cost. Separate owner's accommodation is included, with most bills covered except council tax and TV Licence.
