Located in the sought-after town of Penarth, just minutes from the town centre, The Windsor sits proudly at the heart of a thriving local community. Already benefiting from a strong and loyal customer base, the pub is now preparing for a significant investment that will take the offer to the next level. A key part of the transformation will be the introduction of a brand-new kitchen, enabling the pub to serve our award-winning food menu for the first time. From classic pub favourites to fast, crowd-pleasing dishes designed for matchdays, this enhanced food offer will complement an already successful wet-led business and create exciting opportunities for future growth. We're looking for an ambitious and experienced Pub Partner who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. You'll have a genuine passion for sport, proven experience in food-led hospitality, and the commercial mindset to maximise every opportunity. Experience operating a branded food offer would be a distinct advantage. As the face of The Windsor, you'll be responsible for building a thriving local business, developing and leading a high-performing team, and creating an atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Whether it's a packed matchday, a live entertainment event, or a busy weekend service, you'll know how to deliver exceptional hospitality and make The Windsor the first choice in the community. What’s in it for you? 22% share of weekly sales (excluding VAT) plus a guaranteed annual retained sum of £25K (released weekly) Low ingoing costs, deposits starting from £5,000 and £360 legal cost. (*deposits can vary dependant on business – ask us for more details*) Accommodation included with most bills covered, except the council tax & TV License (*a fee may be payable for some services such as garden maintenance) As part of our application process, we may use Lily, an AI-powered interviewing assistant to support the early stages of screening.
