Who we're looking for:
We're looking for an experienced operator, couple or team with a strong background in quality, food-led hospitality. You will need to understand the expectations of an adult dining customer base and be confident taking a hands-on approach to the kitchen, or closely leading the delivery of the food offer. Strong leadership, attention to quality and the ability to build trade through consistency and reputation will be key.

26% share of weekly sales excluding VAT, plus a guaranteed annual retained sum of £35,000, released weekly. Low ingoing costs start with a £5,000 deposit and £360 legal cost. Accommodation is included, with most bills covered except council tax and TV Licence.
