Responsibilities

  • Be right in the action in our kitchen, second in command to our Head Chef - stepping up and covering for them when they're not on shift.
  • Assist our Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen.
  • Accountable for running the line during service.
  • Oversee, organise, and encourage the kitchen team - helping to develop their skills.
  • Be passionate about maintaining the highest standards of food and service.

Qualifications

  • Previous branded experience in a similar role or experience as an experienced Commis Chef.
