About the Pub
The Oakingham Belle opened in 2019 and is set in a development area with numerous new‑build homes. It is just outside the M4 and within 2 miles of Wokingham centre. The pub has a mixed demographic of guests, over 180 internal covers, and a beautiful outdoor area seating 140. With an average weekly sales of £28k and a 60/40 dry‑to‑wet sales mix, the pub offers a premium experience within a growing community.
Role Overview
In this role you will grow sales through community engagement and local networking, while leading a high‑performing team. Management accommodation (three‑bedroom flat above the pub) is available.
