We are looking for a General Manager for a Community pub in Wincanton. Salary up to £45,000 plus bonus and a generous benefits package. Marston’s is one of the UK’s largest and most beloved pub chains, operating more than 1,300 pubs, bars and hotels. We’re on the lookout for a great General Manager to take charge at the Wagtail, Wincanton and lead the team to success!

About the pub:
The Wagtail has recently been refurbished and attracts a strong local wet trade along with the 'drive to' food trade. It has a distinct bar and dining area to accommodate the trade it attracts. There is a huge opportunity to increase food sales at the Wagtail due to increased residential and business growth in the local area. The Wagtail is turning over between £20,000 - £25,000 per week on a 70/30 dry led split with circa 1600 covers per week. The accommodation comprises of 3 bedrooms.
