As Sous Chef you'll be right in the action in our kitchen, second in command to our Head Chef and stepping up and covering for them when they're not on shift.

Responsibilities:

  • Offer previous branded experience in a similar role or as an experienced Commis Chef.
  • Assist our Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen.
  • Accountable for running the line during service.
  • Oversee, organise and encourage the kitchen team – helping to develop their skills.
  • Be passionate about maintaining the highest standards of food and service.
