Lead a team to success in our kitchen. As Head Chef you will raise the bar, set standards and create memorable dining experiences for guests across our pubs.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, prepare and serve high‑quality meals that meet food and hygiene standards.
  • Maintain consistent speed of service and food quality targets.
  • Communicate clearly with kitchen staff and the wider pub team.
  • Foster a positive kitchen culture, motivating and retaining a motivated team.
  • Ensure food safety and sanitation procedures are followed.
  • Represent the pub in managerial and operational discussions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a similar Kitchen Manager or Head Chef role, or readiness to advance from Sous/Second Chef.
  • Strong leadership skills and a positive attitude.
  • Knowledge of food safety, hygiene regulations and standard operating procedures.
  • Ability to maintain communication with a diverse team and manage kitchen budgets.
