The Red Lion is a thriving village pub in the centre of Rocester, a charming Staffordshire village surrounded by countryside and only 5 miles from Alton Towers - meaning plenty of tourists passing through the area.
The pub functions via one main room and a small snug room behind the bar area. Currently, the pub is achieving sales of £6,000 weekly and is 100% wet. There is a great opportunity to introduce a menu and bar snacks without sit down dining to further drive sales. The pub benefits from its traditional feel, as well as a courtyard beer garden for summer trade.
A community focussed Operator is needed here who can tap into all demographics within the village and introduce weekly and monthly reasons to visit.
What’s in it for you?
- 20% share of weekly wet sales, excluding VAT.
- Keep 100% of the food sales.
- Low ingoing costs, starting with just a £5,000 deposit and £360 legal cost. (*deposits can vary dependant on business – ask us for more details*)
