The Severn Gorge is currently trading an average of £22,000 per week in net sales, with a sales mix of Wet:30 Dry:70. This pub has an established carvery guest base and can accommodate 1400 covers on a weekly basis. We are looking for a community focused General Manager who is comfortable delivering a value food offer. Experience in delivering a carvery would be advantageous but isn't essential. The private accommodation is a 2-bedroom flat situated above the pub.

Responsibilities:
