Supervisor

We are looking for a Supervisor / Team Leader to manage the daily operations of a busy pub and lead a team of staff.

Responsibilities

• Work with the wider pub management team to ensure the business runs efficiently and profitably.
• Opening and closing, stocking and cashing up the bar.
• Be a role model for customer service and support the team to deliver everyday moments and stand‑out occasions.
• Make decisions on the spot and use initiative to resolve issues during shifts.
• Accountable for the smooth running of shifts and for managing all aspects of the pub when the wider management team is away.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar Supervisor or Team Leader role within hospitality.
