We're looking for a General Manager for The Glassworks, Stourbridge. Salary up to £46,000 plus bonus and a generous benefits package. This recently refurbished pub operates under Marston's successful Two Door brand and is ideally located just north of Stourbridge, within easy reach of Merry Hill Shopping Centre and Dudley. The business enjoys a well-balanced 50/50 split between its lounge dining area and vibrant bar space, creating opportunities to drive both food and drink sales throughout the week. With approximately 1,160 covers per week and estimated weekly sales of £27,500, the pub is a well-established business with strong foundations and further growth potential.
The pub is positioned at the heart of its local community and offers an excellent platform for a General Manager who can maximise wet sales, capitalise on major sporting occasions and deliver a calendar of engaging events. Whether it's live sport, entertainment nights, seasonal celebrations or community-led activities, there is significant opportunity to create compelling reasons for guests to visit beyond the everyday food and drink offering.
