As Sous Chef you’ll:
- Be right in the action in our kitchen, second in command to our Head Chef – stepping up and covering for them when they’re not on shift.
- Offer previous branded experience in a similar role or as an experienced Commis Chef.
- Assist our Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen.
- Accountable for running the line during service.
- Oversee, organise, and encourage the kitchen team - helping to develop their skills.
- Be passionate about maintaining the highest standards of food and service.
