As Sous Chef you'll be right in the action in our kitchen, second in command to the Head Chef, stepping up and covering for them when they're not on shift. You'll assist the Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen, be accountable for running the line during service, oversee, organise and encourage the kitchen team, and be passionate about maintaining the highest standards of food and service.
Qualifications
- Previous branded experience in a similar role or experience as a commis chef.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food safety.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet service standards.
