We are looking for a General Manager for a thriving pub in Skegness. Salary up to £48,000 plus bonus and a generous benefits package.

Marston’s is one of the UK’s largest and most beloved pub chains, operating more than 1,300 pubs, bars and hotels. We are on the lookout for a great General Manager to take charge at the White Horse in Skegness and lead the team to success!

Located on the Quora Retail Park in Skegness, The White Horse boasts a welcoming two-door design, offering both a lively bar area and a comfortable lounge/dining space. The pub benefits from a spacious wrap-around beer garden complete with outdoor TV, with Sky Sports available throughout the venue.

As one of the most popular pubs in Skegness, The White Horse is a true local landmark with exceptional year-round footfall. During peak season, it becomes a hub for both visiting holidaymakers and our year-round local community, offering a warm, friendly pub experience whatever the time of year.

This pub currently trades at an average of £36,000 per week in net sales and provides the perfect platform for a driven General Manager to lead a thriving, well-loved business with huge potential for further growth through driving wet sales and increasing local activity. Management accommodation is available in the form of a 3-bedroom flat.
