We are looking for a General Manager for The Lost & Found, Sheffield. Salary up to £48,000 plus bonus and a generous benefits package.
Marston’s is one of the UK’s largest and most beloved pub chains, operating more than 1,300 pubs, bars and hotels. We’re on the lookout for a great General Manager to take charge at The Lost & Found Sheffield and lead the team to success!

About the pub
The Lost & Found Sheffield is situated on Ecclesall Road, an affluent area with a busy mix of local shops, restaurants and bars. Inspired by the splendour of nature, it offers a secret wild garden hideaway in the heart of the city. Enjoy characterful cocktails and classic dishes beneath the charming canopy of flora and fauna.
The bar has a secret room with its own private bar (holding up to 40), a boardroom that can hold 20/30, and a beautiful garden that has 100 covers.
We are looking for someone with bars and restaurant experience who can also grow ties with the local businesses and communities. The pub is currently taking approximately £20,000 per week (can increase to £35,000 during summer) on a 60/40 food lead split. Please note - there is no live-in accommodation at this site.
