Marston’s is seeking a Bartender to join our Bar and Waiting team in our pubs. You must be over 18 to comply with licensing laws. No prior hospitality experience is required, as full training is provided.
You’ll be the face of our pubs, taking orders, serving and upselling our food and drinks while delivering brilliant customer service. You’ll support the wider team, adapt to busy periods, and have the chance to progress toward a long-term career in our vibrant pub family.
