Overview
As a Receptionist you'll pride yourself on creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
Whether you've previous experience or you're just starting out, as long as you're friendly and approachable, you'll be off to a great start.
Have proven system/computer skills, or willingness to learn.
Be passionate about providing great customer service, including dealing effectively and efficiently with any requests/queries.
Be responsible for taking payments.
Work closely with the wider hotel and pub team to ensure business standards are met and delivered.

As the voice and face of Marston's Inns, you'll provide exceptional customer service – from the point of booking/checking in, right through to check-out.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service from booking and check-in to check-out.
- Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor and respond to guest needs.
- Operate computer systems and processes; learn new systems as required.
- Handle payments accurately and securely.
- Collaborate with the hotel and pub teams to uphold standards and deliver on expectations.
- Contribute to creating memorable moments for guests.

- Willingness to learn or demonstrated system/computer skills.
- Ability to manage guest requests and queries effectively and efficiently.
- Flexible/part-time availability; reliable hours contract preferred where applicable.
