About the pub:

Longacre is a modern, food‑led pub‑restaurant in Skelton, close to Saltburn and positioned next to a busy retail park, giving it strong visibility and a broad local catchment. The site has a clean, contemporary look with a spacious open‑plan layout, a central bar servery and multiple seating zones including booths, family areas and flexible group spaces. Large windows bring in plenty of natural light, and the good‑sized beer garden adds further trading potential. The commercial kitchen is well equipped for volume and supports a 65% food / 35% wet mix, with current weekly sales of around £11,000.

We are looking for a strong leader who enjoys leading a busy, food‑driven operation and can make the most of the site’s layout, location and facilities. There’s plenty of scope for someone to bring fresh energy through events, sports occasions, a standout Sunday offer or community‑focused activity. It’s a great opportunity for an operator who thrives on being visible, building relationships and shaping a pub that can become a real go‑to for families, locals and retail‑park visitors. Overall, we are looking for a General Manager who is commercially confident, people‑focused and excited by the chance to build momentum and put their stamp on a well‑positioned, well‑equipped site.

Management accommodation is available in the form of an on site 2-bed flat located directly above the pub. Private kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms.
