The pub comprises two buildings, one being the pub which has a real cosy local feel to it and the other could be ideal to house a cafe, games room, dining room or function room to drive revenue. Currently, the pub doesn’t offer food and an incoming partner that introduces a food offer would receive 100% of all food revenue and 20% of wet revenue. There is fantastic growth opportunity introducing reasons to visit, encouraging teams and hosting events. The pub has great potential to attract even more locals and visitors alike. The pub sits at the base of the Happy Valley and is a great spot for walkers to pop in for a drink and bite to eat.
