What you\'ll do as Sous Chef: Working alongside the Head Chef, you\'ll help run the kitchen day to day, keep service moving, and make sure every dish leaves the pass looking and tasting as it should.
- Support the Head Chef with kitchen management, food preparation and daily operations
- Step up as second in command when the Head Chef is not on shift
- Run the line during busy service and help the team deliver food to spec
- Coach, organise and motivate chefs and kitchen teammates
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, safety and speed of service
- Bring your previous kitchen experience from a branded, pub, restaurant or hospitality environment
