The Nags Head in Borrowash is a fantastic Marston’s pub partner opportunity in the heart of a thriving Derbyshire village.
As the only village pub, it already sits at the centre of the local community, with a loyal customer base, strong weekly sales of around £10,000 and plenty of potential for an ambitious operator to grow the business further.
Currently trading as 100% wet-led, there is a clear opportunity to introduce a food offer and broaden the pub’s appeal across the week.
With strong links to the A50 and A38, the Nags Head benefits from both regular local trade and passing customers, making it a great site for someone who knows how to build a welcoming, community-focused pub.
Inside, the pub has two trading rooms served by a central bar, giving flexibility for everyday drinks, social occasions, events and family visits.
Outside, there is a large garden, decked area and children’s play equipment, creating a strong summer trade opportunity and a great space for families and community gatherings.
We’re looking for a passionate, hands‑on pub partner or couple who can bring energy, personality and local knowledge to the Nags Head.
