Marston’s is looking for an ambitious Pub Partner to take The Crown to its next level.
Situated just off the M5 and close to Droitwich, The Crown is a well-established destination venue that already benefits from strong food trade, a successful weekly quiz night, and the added advantage of 11 letting rooms located above the pub.
This is an excellent opportunity for an operator who can build on strong existing foundations while creating a vibrant programme of local events and community engagement to drive repeat custom and increase wet sales throughout the week.
About The Crown
The Crown is a substantial and versatile business comprising
- Large restaurant area with a strong food reputation
- Spacious bar trading area
- Pool table and dartboard attracting local customers
- 11 hotel bedrooms above the pub

Current weekly turnover sits at approximately £29,000, providing an excellent platform for future growth.
We are looking for an operator who can
- Build deeper relationships within the local community
- Introduce and develop regular events that create a stronger weekly rhythm
- Increase wet sales through entertainment, sports, games and social occasions
- Grow the existing base of locals and regulars
- Further develop food sales during key trading periods
- Maximise opportunities created by the 11‑bedroom accommodation offering
