Marston's PLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our pub management team in Kinver.
You will step up when the General Manager isn't around and lead from the front to deliver memorable guest experiences that keep people coming back.
You will support the GM in hitting financial KPIs, inspire the team on every shift, and ensure smooth operations while deputising for the GM.
Previous like-for-like Assistant/Deputy Manager experience in a branded environment is preferred.
