The Old Reindeer is situated in the affluent village of Edingley, located between Southwell and Farnsfield in North Nottinghamshire. It is a one bar operation with a small lounge area at the front holding 30 covers and a large log fire. To the rear of the building is the dining area that can hold 60 covers. Additionally, there is outdoor seating with a patio to the front of the property and a smaller lawned area to the side, providing space for extra diners and drinkers throughout the summer months. The pub also has 3 letting rooms available.
The pub is situated in a quiet but affluent Nottinghamshire village with a number of similar villages and hamlets within a 2-mile drive. The village is on several well-known national walking routes and is close to the tourist attractions of Sherwood Forest. This is a truly stunning pub in a great location.
The Old Reindeer is currently trading around £5,000 per week. There is an opportunity to maximise food sales in this site through an experienced food operator who is used to dealing with and implementing a fresh food menu. We are looking for an experienced food operator(s) who can develop a menu to attract the local community and beyond, offering high quality and consistency.
